Dunhill’s newest accessories have arrived and their design originates from an unusual place—1900s automobile dashboards.

The Spring Summer 2015 Chassis collection features a softer, more modern approach to the original look. The new leather material is incredibly durable, making the new purses, wallets, and other items in the collection scratch and water repellant. The company uses genuine carbon fiber fabric and completes the design with striking D-rings, padlocks cases and leather zip pulls. The one-of-a-kind three-dimensional look is created by using heat with a technical liquid print and metal printing plate.

The collection colors are both modern and classic with royal blue, moss green, and fire engine red. Vegetable tanned cowhide is used for adornment on the bags, which is also a subtle nod to the brand’s early saddlery business. Customers also have the option of personalizing a leather ID tag to adorn their bag.
