Actor Jason Biggs, known for his roles in American Pie and Orange Is The New Black, has listed two of his California homes on the market.
The first home is located in Beverly Hills. Biggs is asking $4.795 million for the home. It has four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and sits on 2.5 acres of land. On the property are cobbled patios and paths, a pool engulfed in tropical plants, and a tennis court.
Biggs’ second home on the market is listed at $2.595 million. The 2,756-square-foot Sunset Strip home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It leaves plenty of room for a creative interior, with its open floor plan and vaulted ceilings.
On the outside is a swimming pool, a terrace, and a gym. There is also a garage and a dog area.
