Sycamore Valley Ranch, once known as Neverland Ranch and the famed home of the king of pop Michael Jackson, has hit the market with a $100 million asking price.
The sprawling estate is 2,700 acres and has 22 structures in total. The main home is 12,000 square feet with six bedrooms. Nearby is a four-bedroom guest house, another two-bedroom guest house, and staff quarters. Among the home’s other amenities is a full-size basketball court, large swimming pool with cabana, barbecue pit, 50-seat movie theater, and tennis court.
Much of what made the estate quirky is gone. Buyers won’t find any zoo animals, carnival rides, or fully-staffed fire department. However, the railroad tracks and train station are still there.
The eccentric pop star originally bought the property in 1987 for $19.5 million.
Buyers will be extensively pre-qualified.
