David Hasselhoff has dropped the price of his Calabasas, Calif. home down to $2,199,000. Not a steep discount, but it is a $100,000 price cut nonetheless.

The 5,767-square-foot-home is located in a gated community and has five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and much more. Among the “more” is a master suite with fireplace, walk-in closet, and private balcony. The kitchen has granite countertops with a stone archway that leads to the dining room. There is also a fitness center in the home.

Outside, you will find a 1.5-acre space with a pool and spa, waterfalls, basketball court, grilling patio, and plenty of space to hang out on the lawn that’s shaded by palm trees.

The home has only been listed on the market for two months. Hasselhoff seems eager to sell the property before his new British sitcom Hoff the Record premiers.
