Austrian-made Diamond Aircraft DA62 recently passed European Aviation Safety Agency tests and is also expected to land in the U.S. later this year.

The exterior paintjob is the buyer’s choice. The plane is crafted from a carbon fiber composite airframe.

The seven-seat plane has plenty of room for comfort as well as space for luggage. The cockpit features a top-of-the-line Garmin G1000 integrated flight deck.

The DA62 is powered by two Austro Engine piston engines that propel it through the air at a top speed of 228 MPH with a maximum range of 1,500 miles. It can take off in less than 1,600 feet and rises through the air at 1,200 feet per minute.

The Diamond Aircraft DA62 costs $1.15 million.
