Funnyman Mike Myers, whom you may recognize as Austin Powers or the voice of Shrek, has listed his SoHo penthouse for $16.95 million.

The penthouse has 4,204 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The home is built with 14-foot ceilings and white oak floors. It offers amenities such as a living room with a fireplace and a modern kitchen with maple and aluminum cabinets, as well as countertops made from stone.

The home also offers sweeping views by looking off the rooftop terrace or the balcony. The penthouse allows natural light to flood in via a skylight over a big staircase. Whoever buys the place will also have access to the building’s 24-hour doorman.

Myers originally bought the home back in 2007 for $8 million.
