BMW plans to unveil a new Hommage Concept later in the month at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este. This is the first Hommage concept since 2011.

While no one other than BMW staff has seen the car in person, the company has confirmed that they are using materials like carbon fiber to keep the weight down and using design features with a focus on aerodynamics. The 3.0 CSL Hommage has deflectors and rear and roof spoilers.

Not a lot is known about the interior of the vehicle other than it will be stripped down to the essentials according to BMW, in order to cut down on weight.

BMW did not say what the 3.0 CSL Hommage would be packing under the hood. More information should be available at the end of the month.
