Zooey Deschanel sold her Hollywood Hills Home a little over a week after listing it for $2.195 million.

The home is not your typical Hollywood starlet’s mansion. The country-style estate is not flashy but at the same time has all the luxuries you would want in a Hollywood home, like a recently renovated chef’s kitchen, exposed wood beam ceiling in both the dining room and living room, two fireplaces, and an iPad-controlled entertainment system with hidden speakers throughout the home.

The 2,957-square-foot home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a half-bath.

The exterior of the property features 0.5 acres of trees and yard space. There is also a guest cottage on the property and room and plans for an eventual pool.

The New Girl actress originally bought the home from actor Mark Ruffalo in 2009 for $1.65 million, so she stands to make a decent profit from the sale. The home was originally built in 1933.

Deschanel and her fiance, Jacob Pechenick, a film producer, are expecting a baby and have decided to move to Manhattan Beach, Calif., to a$4.5 million home.
