A-list actor Patrick Dempsey and his soon-to-be ex-wife Jillian are taking their Malibu home to market with an asking price of $14.5 million.

The home has 5,500 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The high ceilings and large windows use natural lighting to its fullest.

The home sits on 3.3 acres of land and has a pool, garden, outdoor kitchen, and plenty of yard space and enclosures for a farm.

The home was designed by renowned architect Frank Gehry and was built in 1972 for famed abstract painter Ron Davis. The jutting angles and unique geometry incorporated into the home’s design is reminiscent of Davis’ work.

Dempsey and Jillian bought the home back in 2009 for $7 million.
