Actor Tommy Lee Jones has re-listed his ranch-style Miami home with an asking price set at around $20 million.
“This property is in extremely good condition,” said Martha Jolicoeur, the realtor handling the sale. “It is truly a spectacular polo facility.”
The 11,000-square-foot home sits on 55 acres and features 48 horse stalls, a four-bedroom apartment for housing horse handlers and grooms, a lake with a waterfall, and a regulation sized polo field. Five of the 40 acres are dedicated to a nature preserve with walking trails.
The actor originally purchased the home in 2002. It has been on and off the market over the last couple of years. The original asking price of the home was $26.5 million.
Jones is selling the property because he has been spending more time playing polo at his estate in San Saba, Tex., and his other California home.
