Hulk Hogan’s ex-wife Linda has listed a Simi Valley, Cali., mansion with an asking price of $5.5 million.

The 6,300-square-foot home has five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and an additional 1,200-square-foot guesthouse. The home sits on 23.63 acres of land.

Featuring such elegant features as an antique chandelier, french doors, high-ceilings, and a courtyard, the homes has an exclusive feel. Speaking of exclusivity, the home also has gorgeous views of the exclusive Wood Ranch Golf & Country Club and the surrounding mountains.

Outside, there is a swimming pool that has fountains and a water slide. There is also a vineyard, six-car garage, gym, helicopter landing pad, and an avocado orchard with 2,500 trees on the property. You’ll also find a one-acre lake stocked with catfish, turtles, and koi.

Linda Hogan originally bought the home in 2009 for $3.5 million after her divorce from professional wrestler Hulk Hogan. The home has been renovated, adding stone walls, fireplaces, wood carvings, and more, hence the price bump.
