The Ziff family’s oceanfront compound is listed for just under $200 million, making it one of the most expensive property listings in the United States.

The main home is 62,200 square feet. It is connected to guest quarters through an air-conditioned tunnel that runs underneath the bisecting road. The tunnel itself is like a mini-house, with a living room, fireplace, and skylights.

There is also a seven-bedroom home known as the Mango house, two four-bedroom cottages on the beach, a manager’s quarters with four apartments, and a manager’s office on the property.

Speaking of the property, there are 16 acres that span the width of the island. There are a total of 1,200 feet of Atlantic Ocean property and 1,300 feet of Intracoastal Waterway property. There is also a large pool, a pier and docks, and a sports complex with a full tennis court and half basketball court. Additionally, you’ll find a treehouse, playground, and a miniature golf course on the premises.
