Seikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the ruler of Dubai, has received approval to build a six-story parking garage to store his 114 Luxury cars.

The car garage is expected to be a $30 million project just for the construction. The garage will be located next to the Battersea heliport. In addition to the space for his 114 vehicles, there will also be offices with five-star services for his drivers.

There were concerns raised over the safety of such a structure and how the initial construction and cars coming and going from the garage could disrupt traffic. However, it was decided that Maktoum could move forward with the project.
