Hollywood megastar Julia Roberts listed her Hawaii estate for $29.9 million.

The home has seven bedrooms and four bathrooms with total of 3,792 square feet of living space with an additional 9,000 square feet already approved for expansion. The home also has open-beam ceilings and wall-to-wall windows to allow in natural light and to take in the Hawaiian views.

The buyer of Roberts’ home will not just have the celebrity of owning the actress’ old residence, but will also be neighbors with the likes of Chuck Norris and Mark Zuckerberg.
