The new sportier Bentley Continental GT V8 S is a step up in all directions from the V8 Continental GT released back in 2012.

The Continental GT V8 S still packs a 4-liter V8 engine but now pumps out 521 BHP and propels the car from stand-still to 60 MPH in just 4.3 seconds. The car can reach top speeds of 192 MPH.

The exterior design of the vehicle features Beluga gloss with several different color options. It also gets a new muscled-up appearance with sportier lines, fender vents, and a rear spoiler. The 20-inch wheels with red brake calipers and the glossy black radiator grille also contribute to the sportier feel of the exterior design.

The interior is made up of leather hides, black wood veneers, and smooth metal surfaces, all lit up by low-energy LED lights. Bentley veneers are cured for 72 hours and treated with five layers of clear lacquer by hand. The “Piano” black wood veneer comes standard but buyers can also choose from Carbon Fiber and aluminum.

As far as interior technology goes, the car is sporting an infotainment system controlled by an eight-inch touchscreen. The screen offers 30 GB of hard drive space and access to maps, live traffic information, and points of interest suggestions. The car also sports Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity.

The Bentley Continental GT V8 S is priced at around $226,000.
