Wilson Benesch is adding to its collection of high-quality audio equipment with the Cardinal speakers.

Whereas most speaker manufacturers would craft their speakers from aluminium or fiberboard, Wilson Benesch’s Cardinal speakers are housed in a carbon fiber monocoque cabinet. The company uses the same resin-transfer molding techniques as luxury car companies like Lotus.

The speakers stand nearly six feet tall, weigh 265 pounds, and have 28 drivers that provide top-of-the-line audio quality.

Wilson Benesch recently started shipping to the United States through Sound Organization. The Cardinal floor speakers cost $115,000 per pair.
