After sitting on the market for more than two years, musician Jon Bon Jovi’s SoHo penthouse has finally sold for $37.5 million.

The 7,400-square-foot duplex has five bedrooms and a huge terrace for those who want luxury both inside and out. The home also offers gorgeous views of the Manhattan skyline.

The home had price cuts throughout the two years it sat on the market. It was originally listed back in March of 2013 with an asking price of $42 million. It then dropped to $39.9 million toward the second half of last year.
