Dyson has been making fanless units for a few years. The latest edition has two setting, a personal setting and a setting that covers the whole room. This latest version is also a lot quieter than the previous iteration.

The AM09 is crafted from Acrylontride butadiene styrene (ABS), the same material used to make police riot shields. In other words, this is a durable machine.
