Dubai is home to some of the world’s most luxurious malls, hotels, homes, and more. It can now also claim to be home to the most luxurious ice cream.

Costing $816 per scoop, the Black Diamond sundae at Dubai’s Scoopi Cafe is the world’s most expensive dish of ice cream.

The sundae is made with vanilla from Madagascar infused with Iranian saffron, slices of Italian truffle, and topped off with sprinkles made from 23K edible gold. It is served in a Versace bowl and spoon that the customer gets to keep.

The shop owner had ingredients flown in from all over the world over a five-week time period in order to make the ice cream.
