The 2016 model of the Bentley Continental GT was shown off at the Geneva Motor Show and offered up quite a few upgrades.
“Bentley offers uncompromised luxury and performance with ultimate comfort for grand touring and our new 2015 features extend the appeal of our family,” Wolfgang Dürheimer, Chairman and CEO of Bentley Motors, said. “We listen carefully to our customers, and with these new evolutions we’re making our cars even more stylish, efficient, connected and usable everyday,”
The exterior of the car gets a smaller grille and a new bumper. The design is noticeably more aerodynamic compared with its predecessor.
The interior gets a smaller steering wheel, new gauge design, and an upgraded center console. The interior can be upholstered in either leather or faux suede. Bentley’s trademark diamond quilting is also still available. Among the surprising tech addition is the availability of built-in Wi-Fi.
The W12 engine pumps out 582 ponies, an slight increase over the outgoing model’s 567 horsepower. The car is also 5 percent more fuel efficient according to Bentley.
Pricing and production details were not revealed at the 2016 Bentley Continental GT’s unveiling.
