Michael Kors, famed fashion designer and judge on the reality show Project Runway, is close to closing on a penthouse in Manhattan’s West Village on Greenwich Lane.

The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom apartment has a rooftop terrace, marble décor, and an open-floor-plan area for the living room and dining room.

It is reported that Kors will be spending between $17 million and $21 million on the penthouse.
