Recently shown off at CES, the HugOne is a gadget that allows parents to keep a close eye on their children’s sleep patterns.

Scientific consensus says that sleep is one of the most important things when it comes to healthy living, particularly in a child. The HugOne lets parents know when their kids are actually asleep, what phase of the sleep cycle their children are in so they can wake them at the optimal time, and receive alerts when their kids wake up on their own.

In addition, the HugOne can monitor the humidity and quality of air in a room and connect to smart thermostats to make the necessary adjustments.

The HugOne will go on sale in March. Two devices cost $169, and you can use up to six. Additional devices for monitoring sleep will cost $39 each.
