Fashion house Lululemon CEO Laurent Potdevin has sold his Hermosa Beach, Cali., home for nearly $5 million just one week after it hit the market.

The 4,450-square-foot-home has five bedroom, four bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. One of the many highlights is the master bedroom which has a fireplace and French doors that open to a balcony.  Adding to the living space, is a rooftop deck with an outdoor fireplace.

The home also offers coastal views and is located conveniently close to the beach.

Potdevin and his wife had originally bought the home in 2012 for 2,735,000,nearly half the selling price.
