Tommy Hilfiger’s New York penthouse is up for sale with an $80 million price tag.

Offering gorgeous views of Central Park, the apartment has four bedrooms and 4.5 baths.

Hilfiger did a $20 million renovation after two previous attempts at selling the place as a duplex, combining three apartments into one gorgeous penthouse.

Hilfiger originally bought the home seven years ago for $25.5 million and then listed it just a few months later for $50 million. When he wasn’t able to flip it for a quick profit, and he pulled it from the market and started the renovation.

Hilfiger will be busy in the meantime as he signed a deal to have his memoir published in the fall. No word on whether it will include his real estate adventures.
