Magnat has teamed up with Pininfarina to create the Magnat LZR 980 by Pininfarina.

This over-ear headphone sets itself apart in terms of design thanks to the curvy headband and ear-pod-like ear cups. There are hinges that connect the ear cups to the headband so the headphones can fold down to a compact size when not in use.

As far as sound quality goes, the headphone speakers have multi-layered 40mm drivers. The enclosed ear cups also dampen outside noise to give you the most pure sound experience. The headphones respond to frequencies between 12 Hz and 28 kHz.

The Magnat LZR 980 by Pininfarina headphones cost $375 and come with a hands-free car kit and two cables. They will be on sale until October.
