The Beverly Crest in Los Angeles is for sale and bids under $1 billion will not even be entertained.

The 157-acre land used to be owned by the family of the Shah of Iran, and was originally scheduled to be split up into several parcels and have mansions built on them. However, the land is now being sold as one huge piece.

The property is said to gets its giant price tag not just from the acreage—it also offers stunning views of Los Angeles, with the views being described as “god-like.”
