Denon has added three new headphones to its Music Maniac headphone family with the AH-MM400, AH-MM300, and AH-MM200 headphones.
The AH-MM400 are the most expensive of the lot and offer the best features. The drivers are housed in a carbon and paper composite that help to lower distortion. The ears are made from American Walnut and are attached to an aluminum alloy headband. The headphones have a port to add a mic so they can be used as a headset. They also come with a carrying case. The AH-MM400 cost $400.
The AH-MM300 run about $300. They are made from the same 40mm carbon and paper composite drivers. However, instead of walnut they are crafted from glass fiber. They also come with a carry case.
The most inexpensive of the group, the AH-MM200, run $200. They trade in the 40mm carbon/paper drivers for a 30mm drivers, which causes them to lose some bass. It does, however, come with a carry case and has a glass fiber housing like the AH-MM300 model.
