A-list actress Michelle Williams has sold her Brooklyn townhouse for $8.8 million.

The home is located in the exclusive Boerum Hill neighborhood and sits on a coveted corner spot. The townhouse features six bedrooms, a wine cellar with temperature control, heated floors, and a library.

There is not a whole lot of room in the Brooklyn area for a big yard, but the property does have a rooftop deck built around a waterfall. There is also a three-car garage.

The home was originally listed a few months ago for $7.5 million.
