An Alfred Beadle (famed mid-century architect) modern-style home, dubbed the Bragiotti House, has hit the market in Phoenix, Arizona.

“I’ve had many conversations with people who have walked through the home, both buyers and fellow professionals,” Joe Bushong, the real estate agent handling the sale, said. “It’s amazing that without any prompting from me, it’s universally referred to as a jewel box.”

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home has 2,800 square feet of space to enjoy that includes an open-floor living room and up-to-date modern kitchen.

Large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view of the large courtyard that features a pool as its centerpiece.

The home was built in 1968 and has gone through some renovation so it meets modern luxury standards.

“It’s a quintessential Mid-Century Modern design that’s been completely brought up to current standards,” Bushong said. “It keeps the classic MCM vibe but has so many beautiful, luxurious finishes added throughout.”

Renovations occurred in 2006 and 2013.

The home was originally listed for $1.39 million.
