A Chelsea townhouse purchased back in 2012 for $4.6 million has sold for 16.25 million. After several renovations the property’s value has apparently risen a whopping $11.65 million.

The townhouse has six floors and four bedrooms with a total of 6,000 square feet of living space and property.

The home sold to an anonymous LLC group.
