A-list actor Matt Damon recently sold his 12,700-square-foot Miami home for $19M.

The seven-bedroom, 9.5-bathroom home overlooks the Biscayne Bay in an exclusive neighborhood on North Bay Road.

The home sits on one acre of land that has a guesthouse, pool, summer kitchen, and a large terrace.

Damon bought the home back in 2005 for $14.5 million. It was originally listed in 2013 for $20 million. It was sold to Atlanta-based AmeriSave Mortgage CEO Patrick Markert.
