Bob Hope’s Palm Springs estate’s price has been slashed in half and is now on offer for $25 million.

The 23,366-square-foot is the largest estate designed by famed architect John Lautner and is described in the listing as “Bold + Iconic + Legendary + Timeless = The Bob and Dolores Hope Estate.”

The home originally hit the market last year with a $50 million asking price.
