Bankrupt Tech Enterpreneur Halsey Minor Selling Landmark SF Home for $17M

CNet founder Halsey Minor declared bankruptcy in 2013 and is selling off many of his real estate holdings, including a designated landmark in San Francisco for $17.955 million.

The mansion was built in 1904 and is officially recognized by San Francisco has a historical landmark.

The four-floor house sits on 17,895 square feet of land and features large marble columns, black marble, multiple fireplaces, and stained glass windows. It has nine bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Also on the property is a 2,618-square-foot, single-story guest house with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
