Real estate mogul Jeff Green’s Palazzo di Amor (which translates to “Palace of Love”) in Beverly Hills is America’s most expensive home on the market with a listing price of $195 million.

The 53,000-square-foot home sits on 25 acres of property. It has 12 bedrooms, 23 bathrooms, and a huge 27-car garage. The centerpiece of the 25-acre property is an Italian fountain hand-carved from Carrara Marble.

The home is designed to host some serious parties, with room to invite up to 1,000 people over. Once there, they can enjoy a swim in a 128-foot pool or relax in the spa or garden. In addition to the pool and spa, there is also a bowling alley, 50-seat movie theater, rotating dance floor, and a ballroom located in the home.
