Tamara Mellon, co-founder of the shoe company Jimmy Choo, has put her French-style duplex penthouse on the market.

Called the Grand Carhart Mansion, the 7,000-square-foot home is located in New York City and has five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms and an additional 5,000 square feet of outdoor space.

Terraces stretch around the home. One of them has a 60” flat screen television installed just in case you get bored with the picturesque view of the New York City skyline.

The home’s interior features 12-foot-high ceilings and walnut hardwood floors. A chef’s kitchen, three fireplaces, and a maid’s quarters rounds out this home. In order to navigate the house you can use the private elevator.

The home was built in 1913 and is a designated New York City landmark. You can own it for $34 million.
