Actress Renée Zellweger has put her Pemfret, Conn. estate on the market.

The house sits on 39 acres and includes a guest cottage, 2,000-square-foot barn, and lush scenery. The design of the home and barn have a rustic feel but Zellweger was not without modern luxuries as the home also features a pool and helicopter pad.

Zellweger originally bought the house in 2004. She attempted to sell it in 2011 to no avail. It is now on the market again with an asking price of $1.6 million
