Undefeated boxing champion Floyd Mayweather, Jr. has put his Miami Beach condo on the market.
“Mr. Mayweather wants to leave condo life for a house,” Tanasha Pettigrew, the boxing champ’s listing agent, said. “His four children are getting older—they’re now 12-15 years old—so he wants them to be able to run around.”
The 3,000-square-foot condo has four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms on the oceanfront. It has a 360-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean.
Mayweather is selling the home for $2.6 million.
