Lord of the Rings and Pirates of the Caribbean actor Orlando Bloom has purchased a Sugarloaf Condominium in the renowned Tribeca building.

It is being reported that Bloom is under contract to purchase the fourth floor condo in the Tribeca building. The building is also home to musician Taylor Swift and the former residence of Bloom’s frequent collaborator, director Peter Jackson. Bloom spent nearly $5 million on the condo.

The purchase comes just a couple months removed from the actor’s divorce and the sale of his former home in Hollywood Hills.

Bloom’s new three-bedroom bachelor pad has a rustic feel with cast-iron columns, exposed brick walls and ceilings with the beam structure left visible. The condo has an open floor plan, allowing the living room to seamlessly transition into the gourmet kitchen.
