Back in January, the 76 Cosby, Los Angeles penthouse of Kelly Ripa and Husband Mark Consuelos went on sale for $24.5 million, and it has finally sold.

Ripa and Consuelos publicly refused to cut the price even after their were no interested buyers for the 6,792-square-foot duplex. However, after a little over four months on the market, it is said that someone has bought the home for a “considerable discount.”  Who that someone is has not been disclosed publicly.

The home has five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a 3,073 square-foot roof deck with it own fireplace hot tub, and outdoor shower.

Ripa and Consuelos bought the home back in 2005 for $9.5 million and did a complete renovation of the home.
