The Maserati Alfieri is a prototype that was built to commemorate one of the Maserati brothers who founded the company in Bologna 100 years ago. While there is no word as to whether this vehicle will move beyond the prototype stage, Maserati said that this car’s design hints at what they have planned for the future.
The car’s design is inspired by the 1954 A6 GCS/53 penned by Pininfarina. It has a 4.7 liter V8 engine and pushes 460 hp. The prototype is fully functional and was shown off at the Geneva Motor Show recently.
