Eric Schmidt, the executive chairman at Google, recently purchased a 9,182-square-foot, seven-bedroom home that is within walking distance of the Playboy Mansion.

The home is located in the Holmby Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles and sits on 1.3 acres of land.

Schmidt reportedly paid $22 million for the property.
