John Mayer is selling his New York City condo.

The condo has over 2,000 square feet of living space with two bedrooms and three bathrooms. It features Brazilian walnut wood floors and views of the New York City skyline. Other perks that come with the residence are a 24-hour doorman and roof deck access.

Mayer bought the residence in 2005 for $2.17 million. It is now listed for $3.9 million. Dakota Fanning reportedly owns a condo in the same building as well.
