The AWWA Sky Whale concept lives up to its name in that it would be huge, standing at three-stories tall and having a wingspan of around 288 feet.
This three-story aircraft concept is the brain child of Oscar Viñals. Viñals is a designer based out of Barcelona who is also a bit of an aviation enthusiast. He believes that his vision is the future of air travel. The Sky Whale would seat a total of 755 passengers on three separate floors. The gigantic plane would also environmentally friendly as Viñals used existing technology and imaginary concepts to reduce both noise and air pollution. The AWWA Sky Whale would run on four oversized electric-fuel hybrid engines. In addition, there would be micro-solar cells to power the electronics on board and also help power the engines.
The Sky Whale is still currently just a concept with no word on if it will ever be produced.
