Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Ultra Thin Minute Repeater Flying Tourbillon may be the Swiss watchmaker’s most impressive timepiece yet.
The watch is the eleventh timepiece to be revealed in the Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Hybris Mechanica collection. It is ultra-thin with a case measuring just .3 inches thick. This makes the design even more impressive as the entire Calibre 362 movement and tourbillion had to be shrunk to only about .2 inches. As far as luxury goes, the back is made of crystal while the repeater uses sapphire gongs. The whole thing is encased in 18k white gold and features a high-quality alligator leather strap attached with a white gold pin and buckle.
Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Ultra Thin Minute Repeater Flying Tourbillon is limited to just 75 pieces. An official price has yet to be set, but it is rumored that it will cost around $400,000.
