Beloved television personality Ellen Degeneres recently purchased a mansion in Los Angles for nearly $40 million ($39.88 million to be exact).

The Brody House was built in 1949 and was designed by  A. Quincy Jones. The home has 13,500 square feet living space including nine bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a pool, tennis court, and guest house.
