The 2015 Corvette Z06 debuted at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this month and was among the highlights of the show.
The Z06 takes its design cues from last year’s Corvette Stingray and then improves upon them both aesthetically and technically. The new front splitter, carbon fibre bonnet, and rear spoiler add to the looks of the vehicle, while the 6.2-litre V8 produces 625hp and delivers 635 pound-ft. of torque. It will be available in both a seven-speed manual and an eight-speed paddle-shift.
The 2015 Corvette Z06 will not hit dealership’s floors until next year. Pricing information will become available closer to the launch date.
