Rock Paper Robot have created a table that seems to be made with levitating cubes.  The effect that makes the cubes appear to defy gravity is created using magnets.  A system of tensile steel cables keep the cubes in place.  Each table is hand-built.

The Float Table costs $10,000 for a table made with 27 cubes.  You can get a larger table at an increased price.
