England-based studio Splinter Works is offering up another unique take on furniture.  They have already gave us their creative take on bathtubs and rocking chairs and now they turn  to stools.

The Tipsy Stool is one-part modern sculpture, one-part furniture.  The stool appears to balance on a circular base that would cause it to rock.  However, when sitting on the stool it is sturdy.
