Jon Bon Jovi, lead singer of the rock band Bon Jovi,  is looking to sell his 7,500 square foot New York City penthouse. The penthouse, located at the top of 158 Mercer Street, has 5 bedrooms, 11-foot ceilings, arch windows, a room with a wood-burning fireplace, and a private entertainment room. The three landscaped terraces add over 3,000 square feet to the house.

The house was originally listed for $42 million in March, but the price has dropped to $39.9 million.
