The 2015 Mercedes-Benz GLA SUV is the smallest sports utility vehicle ever produced by Mercedes-Benz. The car measures 14.5 feet long, and is just under 5 feet high.
The GLA-Class will provide a smaller, more fuel-efficient option for consumers. It sports a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 208 horsepower through a seven-speed transmission. It can go from zero to 60 in 6.4 seconds, with a top speed of 145 mph. The GLA will be equipped with many of Mercedes-Benz’s safety features, including Attention Assist drowsy-driver detection, radar-based Collision Prevention Assist with Adaptive Brake Assist, and Collision Prevention Assist Plus.
The all-wheel-drive 2015 GLA will go on sale in the fall of 2014, while the front-wheel-drive version will be available in early 2015.

That’s the first nice looking SUV I have seen from Mercedes. The previous all seem to be ugly boxes or forced design to solve a market requirement. This will sell well.

I agree. The outside is gorgeous. Display screen inside looks “tacked on”. Pictures of the 2015 S65 show rear seat screens that also look like aftermarket additions. Many cars at half the price have built in screens that don’t look like afterthoughts. Why, Mercedes, why?
